“ I was there today and ordered the fried rolls as well as the grilled pork with white rice and a salad. The lady (whom I believe was the owner or manager) was the nicest person I've ever met. Also, The grilled pork dish, specifically the pork itself, was the BEST grilled pork I've ever had at a Vietnamese restaurant. It's my favorite food so I have eaten the dish at a lot of places in NJ! Place was very clean as well and they accept cash and credit. I will eat here again in the future and highly recommend. Lastly, to the lady who took care of me today- I hope this review shows you that there are good people in the world. ”
“ It's a calm cool place right off 46 with good service and great food. We always get seated right away and the food is soon to follow. ”
“ Good food. Fresh quality. Portions a bit on the small side. Seemed family owned. Willing to go again if in the area. ”
“ Vietnam Pho is located in a small strip mall on Route 46 west in Woodland Park. The restaurant is a nice size with basic but tasteful decor. Can easily handle larger parties if needed. The servers are all very pleasant and quite attentive. The food is very good. We have eaten here several times and usually get the Pho. We particularly love the BBQ pork Pho. Always tastes great with a. Ice amount of meat. They have several tasty appetizers that we have tried and good boba drinks. If you're looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant, this is your place. Definitely worth the trip. ”
“ This is some of the tastiest pho broth in Jersey. I honestly haven't experienced better yet. It's so flavorful on its own, no need to add much except for spicy sauce if you like spicy. The service is always great. I enjoy their boba teas as well. ”
“ A friend brought me here, and I had never tried this type of food before. Every single thing we ate was delicious. For apps we had honey crispy Asian wings, and spring rolls and I had a fried rice special for dinner. I have a new found love for this food, and the owner was super attentive and friendly. We felt welcomed there and will surely be back. ”
“ I've only had delivery from this restaurant. It is not close, but the food is excellent. Plus food that is delivered is usually not quite as good as what you get at the restaurant, but keeping that in mind, it's still a five-star restaurant. My daughter who's been there said it was excellent and didn't steer us wrong. All the food was fresh and extremely well prepared. A standout in appetizers is the Crispy Calamari, which is fried and then sauteed with garlic butter and served with shredded lettuce. It has an unusual sensation of being crunchy but highly flavored with the garlic sauce. Another exceptional appetizers were the Honey Soy Crispy wings, which are large, sweet and tender plus the Fresh Shrimp Rolls and the Shrimp Tempura, all of which were fresh and flavorful. The chicken banh mi sandwich, Vermicelli with Shrimp and Egg Roll and same dish with pork instead of shrimp were all very good but the standouts in entrees were Shaking Beef with Steamed Vegetables, which is stir fried and the Rare Beef and Well Done Brisket Pho . As as restaurant named after a national dish, the pho was clearly a step above. The prices are fair, the service You can't go wrong trying this restaurant for Vietnamese food. ”
“ Ordered take out of the spring rolls since I am now obsessed with it. Ordered online and it was ready in 10 minutes. Perfect roll :). I'll try more next time. ”
“ Came here because we didn't want to drive to Edison or Parsippany. we ordered a few items. we really liked the jasmine hot tea..later toward end of dinner we ask the Vietnamese guy that we like the tea a lot and he said they bag their own. he brought out the bag but it said select jasmine tea. not much to go buy for me to Amazon it. the jasmine bubble tea was really good too. the boba was were nice and soft. the couple items we did not like were the pho and my BBB. the broth did have the beef bone essence. and my BBB didn't have the pork feet piece for me to gnaw on. definitely hit the spot. will give it another chance when around the area ”
“ Woodland Park, NJ, is such a small town that they aren't known for East Asian cuisine, so when Vietnam Pho opened in 2022 -- my partner and I ran to the nearest place with soup (our time here dates to a snowy evening in February 2023). We had the rare beef pho soup and the shrimp rice middle soup Phô Tōm. Mind you, we ordered the small size, which was relatively large, around $13-14 for each bowl. We also ordered a lemonade for around $3-4 --- really tasty, and you can tell it's made in-house. Overall, we had an enjoyable meal and time -- not a super spicy soup (I asked for some hot sauce and some chili oil was poured in a tiny dipping bowl-- spicy !) this place is perfect for a cold winter night. The service was good and attentive, the decoration very modern and clean (not pictured) reminded me of a lounge. The only negative is adding music -- I believe the restaurant owners had news12 playing, but if you speak loud, everyone can hear you, so that some background music would help. Ps: Lots of parking!! Conveniently located right next to Route 46 West in the plaza where the party city used to be. ”
